Teddy Bear Mobile – Hill Country’s “Good Neighbor” Community Stuffing Event gives your residents a hands-on experience and a take-home keepsake — and it’s the rare event that gets adults and kids actually interacting instead of standing around. We’ve run about a dozen of these for Hill Country neighborhoods, and turnout is the whole point.
How the Pricing Works
- Your HOA buys a block. Cover a set number of animals (say, the first 75 kids make theirs free, courtesy of your HOA) — one clean package number for the board to approve, no open-ended cost.
- We handle the rest at a discount. Once the sponsored block is used up, any additional resident who wants one buys on-site at a special neighbor price — so nobody gets turned away and your budget stays fixed.
- Turnout is built in. “Free bears for the first 75 kids” is the kind of line that actually gets families off the couch and into the clubhouse.

Buy One, Give One — the kids do the giving
At a Buy One, Give One event, each child makes two animals — one to take home, one to donate to a children’s charity. Same morning, same setup, same ninety minutes. The difference is that the kids are the ones giving something away, and at a community event that lands differently than a giveaway does.
Who pays for the giving half — your call
- A local sponsor covers it. A builder, bank, realtor, or other local business sponsors the donated animals, so your HOA pays no more than a normal stuffing event. Their name goes on the give-back certificate and in the photos.
- Your HOA covers both halves. If there’s budget and you want the whole thing to belong to the community, sponsor both. Still one package number for the board.
- Split it. Your HOA covers the take-home block and residents can buy extra “give” animals on-site at the same discounted price.
Where the animals go — also your call
- A cause your residents already care about. The elementary school’s counselor closet, a local foster program, the children’s hospital. This works best — people give harder to something they know.
- Or pick from our Charity Partner Registry of local children’s programs. We make the introduction and handle delivery.
