Parties can often be booked closer in. December and back-to-school season fill first, so if you have a date in mind, hold it early. A deposit locks the date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"faq-item\">\n<summary>How do we book and pay?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq-a\">\n<p>Booking runs through Calendly \u2014 pick your date and time from our live calendar. Payment is handled through QuickBooks: we send a deposit invoice to hold the date (15% of the estimate, plus tax), and the balance is invoiced after the event. That&#8217;s it \u2014 we bring the animals, the stuffing machine, the outfits, the birth certificates, and our team. There&#8217;s a flat setup\/travel fee of $25\u2013$50 by distance, plus sales tax. No buses, no permission slips, no missed naps.
